Fabio Vanin (Ph.D.) is an Italian architect and urban designer with a longtime experience of research in Portuguese speaking countries. He studied and developed projects in Lisbon, Maputo and many European countries. He was also a visiting lecturer at University of the Witwatersrand. He founded Latitude, a platform for urban research and design which gathers a group of researchers around urban issues in developing countries. He will develop field research in Luanda, Angola. He will develop methodologies for mapping points of interest.
